Izzy joined the practice in 2024 having previously worked in customer service for many years, both in the UK and overseas. As a previous client at the practice she knows how important the overall patient journey is, and so can provide direct insight for our team, as to how we can further enhance our customer experience.

Grace

Receptionist
Grace joined the practice in 2012 having worked for over a decade in a specialist orthodontic practice in West London. She brings great experience to our reception team.

Daisy-May

Receptionist
Daisy-May joined the reception team in 2023, having worked in reception and customer service roles for 5 years, prior to starting a family. Having also run her own business for some years, she brings a great appreciation of this important role.

Jenny

Practice Manager
Having left to start a family 5 years ago, Jenny returned to her practice manager role in 2025. Her familiarity with the staff and our patients,combined with her friendly yet professional attitude, will continue to keep the management of our practice on a sound footing.

Rachel

Senior Nurse qualified for radiography.
GDC No: 239924
Rachel joined us in October 2020 having worked in a large general dental practice since 2014, where she gained some experience in orthodontics. Rachel completed her dental radiography qualification in 2022, and is now training in impression taking techniques.

Nikki

Dental nurse qualified for radiography
GDC No: 262424
Nikki joined us in 2017, having previously worked in general dental practice for 3 years. She qualified as a dental nurse in 2015, and has gained experience in working with both general dental practitioners as well as implant and oral surgery specialists. With her bubbly and friendly nature, we are proud to have her as part of our nursing team.

Klaudia

Trainee dental nurse
Klaudia has started her national diploma in dental nursing in April 2024. She is looking forward to a long career in this industry and gaining further dental qualifications in the future.

Jenny

Dental nurse qualified for radiography, and oral health education
GDC No: 235198
Jenny qualified as a dental nurse in 2012 and worked as our practice manager from 2016 to 2022. She has now returned to our nursing team and continues to be a great asset to the practice.

Leanne

Dental nurse qualified for radiography and PAR scoring
GDC No: 276066
Leanne joined us in May 2023, having previously worked in another specialist orthodontic practice. She brings great experience and understanding of orthodontics to the practice, whilst maintaining a professional and demure manner. Leanne has additional qualifications in dental radiography and PAR model scoring, which are great assets for our team.

Mr. Shamique Ismail

(BDS, FDS RCS,MSc,M.Orth. RCS, FDS (Orth) RCS)
GDC No: 69706
Completed his dental training at Guy’s Hospital in 1993, and completed his specialist training in 2000. He is the principal specialist orthodontist at Herts Orthodontics, and also works as a hospital consultant in North West London. Shamique treats a number of patients with aligners, having started using these systems in 2007.

Ms. Tasnim Hassan

(BDS, FDS RCS,MSc,M.Orth. RCS, FDS (Orth) RCS)

Is a part-time consultant orthodontist who joined our team in 2009, and brings a wealth of clinical experience to our practice. Tasnim qualified as a dentist in 1996 from the London Hospital, and also completed her specialty training there in 2003.

Mr. Benjamin Marlow

(BChD , MJDFRCS , M.ClientDent , M.Orth RCS)

Ben joined our practice in 2017, after completing his specialist training in orthodontics. Having previously worked in general dental practice in Yorkshire, and the Dental Teaching Hospital in Leeds, he moved to London to undertake his specialist orthodontic training at The Eastman Hospital. Ben has a keen interest in the use of mouth guards in sport, and has published in a number of professional journals on this topic. In his spare time Ben enjoys cycling.

Mr. Arun Madahar

(BDS, MFGDP, MFDSRCS, MClinDent, MOrthRCS)

Arun joined us in April 2017, having completed his specialist orthodontic training in 2015. He initially graduated as a dentist from the University of Sheffield in 1992, and having spent several years in general dental practice, he chose to embark on a career in orthodontics from 2009. Arun now spends his time working in two specialist practices, and enjoying time with his young family.

Mr. Matt Baker

BDS MFDS RCS M.Orth RCS.

Matt joined us in 2025, having completed his specialist orthodontic training at the Royal London and Whipps Cross Hospital, having previously worked at both King’s College and Cardiff Dental Hospital, as well as some time spent in general dental practice. He currently divides his time between specialist practice and continuing his role at Whipps Cross Hospital.

Ms. Jayne Broadley

Orthodontic therapist

Jayne has been working at our practice since 2012, having previously worked locally in a dental practice for some years. Having completed her qualification in dental radiography, as well as a certificate in orthodontic nursing, Jayne qualified as an orthodontic therapist in 2022, and now works part-time in this role, treating many of our patients, alongside our orthodontists.

Ms. Antonia Wylde

Orthodontic Therapist
GDC No: 196052
Annie qualified as an orthodontic therapist in 2012 and works in conjunction with our orthodontists to improve the skill mix of our clinical team. Annie previously worked at the practice in 2004/05 as a dental nurse and returned to join us in 2010.
